Precarity, an exhibition of new work by nationally renowned artist, Dee Briggs, explores folder paper as a departure point from her typical sculpture practice.

Briggs explores the precarious nature of folded paper— tensions create an image that is constantly slipping away and turning into a new arrangement of shapes and forms. This kaleidoscope nature of the pieces speaks to both the personal and the universal experience of the moment.
